PUBLIC STORAGE SELECTS BUDGET TRUCK RENTAL AS EXCLUSIVE THIRD PARTY PROVIDER OF RENTAL TRUCKS
Full Range of Lift-Gate and Ramp Trucks Provide Convenience and Reliability
PARSIPPANY, N.J. 09-17-2007 — Budget Truck Rental, LLC announced today that it has been selected as the exclusive third party provider of rental trucks by Public Storage®, the world’s largest owner and operator of self-storage facilities. Through this new alliance, Public Storage customers will have the opportunity to select from a complete range of well-maintained late-model trucks to meet their storage transportation needs.
Approximately 200 Public Storage locations around the nation will offer Budget rental trucks on-site, making long-distance moving to and from Public Storage facilities more convenient. The new alliance will also include cross-promotional efforts by both Public Storage and Budget Truck Rental including co-branding of Web sites and Yellow Page advertising.

Budget Truck Rental features a fleet of approximately 30,000 vehicles with an average vehicle age of approximately 28 months, making it one of the youngest fleets in the truck rental industry. Budget Truck Rental offers cargo vans and 10-, 15- and 24-foot trucks equipped with either ramps or lift gates for almost any do-it-yourself move. To aid customers with their moving and storage needs, both Budget Truck and Public Storage offer a range of packing supplies, such as moving boxes, packing tape and more.
